for one of their single occupancy houses. The role will require a
commitment, dedication and passion in working therapeutically, and as
part of a multidisciplinary-team.? The criteria for applying
includes:
* A Level 8 qualification in Social Care.
* Candidates must hold 5 years? experience of working in a Social
Care Grade in Childrens Residential Services.
* Experience within a social care management role of auditing and
governance systems.
* The ability to work within the framework of all relevant policies,
guidelines and legislation.
* A commitment to leading a team that consists of a Deputy manager,
Child Care Leaders and Social Care Workers, in the delivery of care to
a young person. This will also involve working with key professionals,
including social work departments, the child?s Guardian Ad Litem and
all external therapeutic supports.
If successful, the candidate will be provided with all mandatory
training. Upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period the
employee will then acquire a full time permanent role and company
